Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can exercise their right of withdrawal and return the items within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods. The customer has the option to choose between a refund or store credit.
The security thread on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken. The right of withdrawal will be correctly exercised or the request for replacement of the purchased items can be accepted only if all the TERMS AND CONDITIONS indicated below are respected.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUESTS
1. To start the return/exchange request procedure, you must access your profile, enter your account details or email address and order number. Select the order and the items to be returned, and indicate the type of option desired, by filling out the online Return or Exchange Form. Once the procedure is completed, BOHO-CHIC PARTENOPEO will send a confirmation email of the receipt of the request for return or replacement of the goods containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.), the shipping label and the instructions to follow to return the goods.
2. The return shipment made with the courier indicated by BOHO-CHIC PARTENOPEO is FREE.
If the goods are returned using a different courier, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer and BOHO-CHIC PARTENOPEO will not be responsible in any way for lost or damaged items. By choosing to use a different courier, the customer will have to pay all taxes and charges, if applicable, at the time of shipment.
Items to be returned to BOHO-CHIC PARTENOPEO must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
BOHO-CHIC PARTENOPEO reserves the right not to accept items shipped with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the instructions for returns/exchanges: the return will not be accepted by BOHO-CHIC PARTENOPEO and the item will be returned to the sender if the delivery involves additional costs for BOHO-CHIC PARTENOPEO or requires collection at a branch of the courier itself.
3. The goods must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the order.
REQUESTS FOR PURCHASE VOUCHER ISSUANCE (STORE CREDIT)
After the item has been received by BOHO-CHIC PARTENOPEO and processed, a code for the total value of the returned items will be sent to the customer, to be used for a future purchase.
Any cost originally incurred for shipping the order will be included in the Store Credit only if all the purchased items are returned.
The Store Credit:
- can be used only once within 3 (three) months from the time of return;
- cannot be combined with other Store Credits or other credits;
- must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.
REFUND REQUESTS
After the item has been received by BOHO-CHIC PARTENOPEO and processed, the price paid for the purchased item will be refunded.
For purchases with a Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to the customer in approximately 10 (ten) days, and will in any case be visible on the next Credit Card statement. The timing may vary slightly based on the banking circuit of the Credit Card used.
If an order was paid by credit card or bank transfer by a third party, other than the customer who placed the order, any refund will be issued to the third party. If a refund via bank transfer is necessary, it will be necessary to provide the following additional information about the account holder: name and surname, address, city, postal code, province and country.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. Any costs originally incurred for shipping the purchased items will be refunded to the customer only if all the purchased items are returned.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Items must be shipped inside the BOHO-CHIC PARTENOPEO box. They must also be packaged appropriately, in the same way in which they were received. Only if the original box is no longer usable, another suitable packaging can be used to ship the items.
- Items must be returned with all the labels and identification tags originally attached and including all the original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the item ordered. The safety thread on the items being returned must not be cut or broken. Returned items that are missing the safety thread will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with the customer being charged for shipping costs.
- The clothing items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
- Shoes and accessories must be returned intact together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and not show signs of any kind.
- Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your own underwear. Returns/exchanges will be refused and sent back to the customer if the items show signs of use.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with the original accessories, components, and illustrative materials. They must also be packaged appropriately, in the same way in which they were received.
In the event that the customer believes they have received defective goods, or that errors have occurred in shipments, the customer is invited to immediately contact bohochicpartenopeo@gmail.com.
- BOHO-CHIC PARTENOPEO reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return of defective goods, taking charge of the shipping costs.
BOHO-CHIC PARTENOPEO reserves the right to refuse requests for returns/exchanges. for which all the TERMS AND CONDITIONS have not been respected. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address with the customer being charged for shipping costs.
Any acceptance of such returns will in any case entail a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on the BOHO-CHIC PARTENOPEO website is excluded in accordance with art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code in relation to:
- the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.
- the supply of goods that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly.
- the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized at the express request of the buyer at the time of ordering.
Furthermore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of "special orders", i.e. items ordered specifically by BOHO-CHIC PARTENOPEO specifically for the customer.
BOHO-CHIC PARTENOPEO reserves the right to accept the request for withdrawal even for goods excluded from this right, if at its sole discretion it deems it appropriate for justified reasons.
Customers are requested to note that BOHO-CHIC PARTENOPEO constantly monitors the number of returns made: frequent returns that do not comply with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS will be marked. BOHO-CHIC PARTENOPEO reserves the right to close the account or not complete future orders of customers who continue to violate the terms and conditions.
For all aspects not specifically expressed, please refer to the European legislation for distance selling.
Note: In the event of any inconsistencies, discrepancies or differences of interpretation between the English version and any other language version of this publication, the English language version shall prevail.
